ace55 Terms and Conditions

These are the rules and guidelines that govern your use of the ace55 platform. Please read through them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By using ace55, you agree to everything set out below.

18+ Only – No Exceptions

ace55 is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years old to register, deposit, bet or play any casino game. Age verification may be requested at any point, and accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately with balances forfeited.

One Account Per Person

Each user is permitted one ace55 account only. Duplicate accounts — whether in the same name, same device, same payment method or same IP address — will be flagged. Any balances or winnings accumulated through a second account may be voided and removed.

Bonus Terms Are Binding

All promotional offers on ace55 come with specific wagering requirements, time limits and eligible game or market restrictions. Claiming a bonus means you accept those specific terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.

PKR Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on ace55 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name — the same method used for the deposit where applicable. ace55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or anonymous payment sources.

Prohibited Activities

Using ace55 for money laundering, arbitrage betting, systematic exploitation of platform errors, or any form of fraud is strictly prohibited. ace55 reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts and withhold funds where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected.

Account Security Is Your Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. ace55 will not be liable for losses that result from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your password or failed to secure your device. Contact support immediately if you suspect a security issue.

Important: These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and ace55. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform. Continued use of ace55 after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

1. Introduction

Welcome to ace55, an online sports betting and gaming platform accessible at ace55.vu. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the ace55 website, mobile application, and all services offered through them, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games and any other gaming or promotional products made available from time to time.

By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or placing a bet on ace55, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. You also confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To create and use an ace55 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. ace55 operates exclusively for adults and takes age compliance seriously.
  • You must be registering and accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of a third party or business entity.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, contact details and payment information.
  • You must not already hold an active or previously closed ace55 account. Only one account per person is permitted at any time.
  • You must not be an employee, contractor or close family member of an employee or contractor of ace55 or any of its affiliated entities or technology partners.

ace55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine account review. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until the matter is resolved.

3. Account Rules

Your ace55 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, accessed by, or used by any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place within your account.

  • Login credentials: Keep your username and password strictly confidential. Do not write them down in a way that makes them accessible to others and do not use the same password across multiple platforms.
  • Device security: Ensure that any device you use to access ace55 is secured with a PIN, biometric lock or equivalent. If you share a device with other people, log out after each session.
  • Reporting unauthorised access: If you become aware or suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, notify ace55 support immediately. We can suspend your account pending investigation to prevent further unauthorised activity.
  • Account balance: The PKR balance shown in your account is the funds available for betting and gaming. It does not earn interest and is not a bank deposit. Funds remain in your account until used for betting or withdrawn by you.
  • Inactive accounts: Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity policy. Details of any applicable inactivity fees or closure procedure will be communicated before any action is taken.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ace55 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method. Full details are available on the Deposit page. Always check the current limits before initiating a transaction.
  • Deposit processing: Most mobile wallet deposits (JazzCash, Easypaisa) reflect in your account within a few minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the time of day and your bank's processing schedule.
  • Withdrawal requests: Withdrawals are processed to the payment method associated with your account. Where possible, withdrawals are returned to the same method used for the deposit. Processing times vary by method — see the Deposit page for current estimates.
  • Own account rule: Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. ace55 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts, anonymous wallets or payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.
  • Deposit limits: ace55 may apply deposit limits at the account level for responsible gaming purposes or at your own request. If you wish to set a personal deposit limit, contact support or use the account settings where available.
  • Failed transactions: If a deposit fails to reach your account or a withdrawal is not received within the stated timeframe, contact ace55 support with your transaction reference number. Do not initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first raising the matter with us — chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.

5. Betting Rules

ace55 offers pre-match and in-play sports betting across cricket, PSL, football, esports and other markets. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform.

  • Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once you have received a confirmation notification and it appears in your bet history. Do not assume a bet has been accepted based on the entry of your selections alone — always verify confirmation.
  • Odds changes: Odds on ace55 fluctuate in real time, particularly for in-play markets. The odds displayed at the moment you click to place a bet may differ slightly from the odds at which the bet is accepted, depending on your odds acceptance settings. You can configure your preferred odds acceptance level in account settings.
  • Voided bets: ace55 reserves the right to void a bet where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; a clear technical or pricing error occurs; or where the bet is placed after the event has concluded. Voided bets are returned to your account balance in full.
  • Match interruptions: For cricket matches (including PSL and T20 internationals), if a match is interrupted due to weather, security or other external factors and a Duckworth-Lewis result is declared, that result stands for settlement purposes. If no official result is declared and the match is abandoned entirely, bets are voided.
  • Maximum winnings: ace55 applies maximum payout limits per event or per market type. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. Winnings above the stated maximum will be capped at that amount, regardless of the calculated return from the odds and stake.
  • Accumulator bets: Each selection in an accumulator must win for the accumulator to return a profit. If one leg is voided, that selection is removed and the accumulator continues with the remaining legs at recalculated odds. Accumulator insurance promotions, where available, are governed by their own specific terms.

6. Casino & Games

The ace55 casino and game lobby offer slots, live dealer games, crash titles and other instant-win formats supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO and Spribe.

  • RTP (Return to Player): All casino games on ace55 have published RTP percentages available in the game information panel. RTP is a long-term statistical average and does not guarantee any outcome in any individual session.
  • Game malfunctions: If a game malfunctions or is interrupted mid-round due to a technical fault, the round is voided and the stake is returned. ace55 is not liable for any perceived winnings from an incomplete or corrupted game round.
  • Live casino: Live dealer games stream from third-party studio facilities. Connection quality may occasionally affect stream performance. Where a live game round is disrupted by a connection issue on ace55's end, the round will be voided and the stake returned. Disruptions caused by the user's own internet connection are the user's responsibility.
  • Game availability: Not all games are available at all times. ace55 may add, remove or temporarily suspend games at any time without prior notice — including for scheduled maintenance, provider updates or compliance reasons.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

ace55 runs regular promotions including deposit match bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds on PSL and cricket events, accumulator insurance and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to these general bonus terms in addition to any offer-specific terms published on the Promotions page.

  • Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier and eligible games or markets are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
  • One bonus at a time: Only one bonus offer can be active on your account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states that it can be combined with others.
  • Bonus expiry: All bonuses and free spins have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds or free spins will be forfeited once the expiry date passes without the required wagering being completed.
  • Abuse prevention: ace55 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Where bonus abuse is identified, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.
  • Promotional eligibility: Promotions are available to eligible registered users only. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per user, per household and per payment method.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ace55. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bets and forfeiture of funds.

  • Using ace55 for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime.
  • Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account-level restrictions.
  • Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools or any software designed to give an unfair advantage over other users or the platform.
  • Exploiting obvious pricing errors, technical glitches or system faults to place bets at clearly incorrect odds — even if such bets are initially accepted by the system.
  • Colluding with other users in casino games or in-play betting to manipulate outcomes.
  • Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
  • Attempting to access another user's account without their knowledge and consent.
  • Placing bets on events where you have advance knowledge of the result through insider information or where the integrity of the event is compromised.

9. Suspension & Account Closure

ace55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
  • Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable identity or payment information.
  • Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
  • A request from the account holder to self-exclude or close the account voluntarily.
  • Inactivity for an extended period as defined in ace55's inactivity policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the user's request and no outstanding issues exist, the remaining balance will be returned to the user via their registered withdrawal method after standard processing checks.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact ace55 support directly. We will process your request and return your eligible balance as quickly as our standard withdrawal process allows.

10. Limitation of Liability

ace55 provides the platform and its services on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and accurate data, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

  • ace55 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, delayed data feeds, incorrect odds caused by a data provider error, or events outside our reasonable control.
  • ace55 is not liable for losses arising from a user's own internet connection issues, device failures or actions taken by the user's bank or payment provider.
  • ace55's liability to any user in connection with any single event or series of related events is limited to the amount deposited by that user in relation to the relevant transaction.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy & Data

ace55 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you acknowledge that your personal data — including name, contact details, identity documents and transaction history — will be collected and used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention and service improvement purposes.

ace55 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and relevant authorities where legally required. Full details of how your data is handled are set out in the Privacy Policy.

12. Responsible Gaming

ace55 is an entertainment platform intended for adults who choose to participate of their own free will with money they can afford to spend. We strongly encourage all users to approach betting and gaming as a leisure activity — not as a source of income or a way to recover money already lost.

13. Changes to These Terms

ace55 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — for example, a change to how winnings are calculated, a change to withdrawal procedures, or a new restriction on eligible users — we will publish a notice on the platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

Minor clarifications, corrections of typographical errors or changes that do not materially affect your rights may be made without advance notice. The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated. Continued use of ace55 after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a change to these Terms, you should stop using ace55 and contact support to close your account. Your remaining eligible balance will be returned via your registered withdrawal method.
